Manufacturing Infrastructure
Papilion products are manufactured by Arkagit Kozmetik at our 25,000 m² integrated production facility in Istanbul, Turkey. With 18 production and filling lines, we combine wet wipes production, tissue converting and liquid filling under one roof to support international retail and distribution programs.
